Eye bolt and eye nut

Eye bolt and eye nut refer to the part whose nut and bolt or screw are screwed together for fastening. It is an original part that must be used for all production and manufacturing machinery. The lifting ring nut is a hanging piece commonly used for fixing in engineering. There is a screw thread under the nut, which can be drilled and fixed with screw mouth according to its different specifications.

 

The eye bolt and eye nut are the parts that closely connects the mechanical equipment. It can only be connected together through the inner thread and the ring nut and screw of the same specification. Eye bolt and eye nut are often used in conjunction with external threaded columns to lift various equipment, such as molds, chassis, motors, etc.

 

Shackle

Shackle is a detachable ring-shaped metal component used to connect various rope ends, eye rings, chain links and other rigging. The shackle is composed of a body and a transverse bolt. Some horizontal tie threads, some with pins, common straight shackles and round shackles. Shackles are often named according to the parts used, such as anchor shackles used on anchor bolts; Chain shackle used on anchor chain; The shackle used on the rope head.

 

Chain cable

Chain cable is a chain composed of chain links without gears. It is often used as rudder chain, cargo short chain, kilogram chain, adjusting chain link of safety stable cable, etc. on board. It is also used for pulling and binding. The size of the chain cable is expressed in the diameter of the link, and the unit is mm. Its weight can be calculated by the weight per meter of length.

 

When using the chain cable, the chain link shall be adjusted first to avoid transverse stress, and sudden stress shall be avoided to prevent the chain cable from breaking. The chain should be checked and maintained frequently to keep it in good technical condition. The contact part between the chain link and the chain link and the shackle is easy to wear and rust. Pay attention to the degree of wear and corrosion. If it exceeds 1 / 10 of the original diameter, it cannot be used. Also pay attention to check whether the chain is broken or cracked. Clip

Hook

Hook is a tool used to hang goods or equipment. It is made of steel. The hook is divided into three parts: hook handle, hook back and hook tip. According to the different directions of the upper eye ring of the hook handle, it is divided into front hook and side hook. The hook tip of the front hook is perpendicular to the plane of the upper eye ring of the hook handle, and the hook tip of the side hook is on the same plane with the upper eye ring of the hook handle. Ordinary cargo hooks mostly use side hooks with deterioration.
