The recent Russian-Ukrainian war has had a huge impact on many countries. People's lives, businesses are also affected, including our customers.
The impact of the war caused customer orders to be unable to be dispatched normally, and the customer's economy was affected, causing customers to change their purchasing plans. Shipment of some orders was suspended, some orders were canceled, and multiple orders were scheduled to be shipped together.
However, we have completed many orders and are waiting to ship. Suddenly news, we had to either cancel the order, or stop the order production, or split the packaging and repack. This undoubtedly adds a lot of economic pressure to us, and extra work, which consumes a lot of manpower and material resources.
But in this case, instead of charging the customer extra, we did everything we could to help the customer get through it. We cancel the order, stop the order, and repack it according to the customer's request. We believe that customers are not only our working partners, but also our friends. In difficult situations, we should try our best to help customers.
We hope that the war will end as soon as possible and people's life will return to normal!
