Lifting chain and accessories, including grade 80&100 lifting chain, chain sling, master link, connecting link, lifting hooks, load binder.

  1. Lifting Chains: Lifting chains are typically made of alloy steel and are designed to handle heavy loads. They come in various grades and sizes, such as Grade 80 and Grade 100. These chains are often used in applications that require high strength and durability, such as overhead lifting, rigging, and hoisting.

  2. Hooks are essential lifting accessories that are attached to the ends of lifting chains or slings. They come in different types, including clevis hooks, grab hooks, and sling hooks. Hooks are designed to securely connect the lifting chain or sling to the load being lifted.

  3. Swivel hooks and self-locking hooks are designed to enhance the flexibility and safety of lifting operations. Swivel hooks allow the load to rotate freely, reducing the risk of the lifting chain twisting or tangling. Self-locking hooks have a latch mechanism that prevents accidental release of the load.

  4. Load binders, also known as chain binders or load tensioners, are used to secure and tighten chains around loads. They are commonly used in transportation and cargo securing applications. Load binders come in different types, including lever binders and ratchet binders, and are available in various load capacities.

The master link is suitable for 1 or 2 legs G80 chain sling as per EN818-4, and there will be pressing flat only on request. The pressing flat is designed for the connecting with G80 Omega link. For use of wire rope sling, refer to DIN3088 standard, and for use with synthetic sling, refer to EN1492-1 standard.

The ratchet type load binder is different from the lever type, the main difference between these two types is the method to tighten the binder. The Ratchet Load Binders attach either normal shortening Hooks or hooks with lock.

Eye grab hook provides the flexibility to shorten chain sling and can be used for back-hooking. The eye is designed for easy connection of chain connector.

It is used for fixing and tightening the chain of steel products, military special equipment and other products. The operation is convenient and fast, and the tightening and loosening of the chain can be completed quickly.

Typically, the lashing chains are short link types. There are specific hooks or rings at both ends, which can be fixed on the vehicle or connected to the goods in the case of direct binding.
The chain is equipped with tensioning device. It can be a fixed part of the chain or a separate device fixed along the chain to tension it. There are different versions of tensioning systems, such as ratchet type and turnbuckle type. In order to comply with EN 12195-3, there must be equipment that can prevent loosening during transportation. In fact, this will undermine the effectiveness of fixation. The rear tensioning clearance must also be limited to 150 mm to avoid the possibility of load movement, resulting in loss of tension due to settlement or vibration.
