A346 Master Link Assembly with Flat

•Production and testing standard: according to EN1677-4
•Material: High strength and high toughness alloy steel
•100% tested at 2.5 times of working load limit
•100% MPI for crack detection
•Breaking load test for samples of each batch
•Fatigue tested at 1.5 times of WLL for 20000 cycles for samples of each batch
•The minimum breaking load is 4 times of WLL, the WLL is based on 3 or 4 legs G80 chain sling with sling angle from 0-45°
The master link is suitable for 3 or 4 legs G80 chain sling as per EN818-4, and there will be pressing flat only on request. The pressing flat is designed for the connecting with G80 Omega link. For use of wire rope sling, refer to DIN3088 standard, and for use with synthetic sling, refer to EN1492-1 standard.
